Abstract

We continue the study of the nonstandard model for the Universe in which we take a vacuum solution of Einstein’s equations as background and treat visible matter and radiation as perturbations. Dark matter and dark energy are not introduced. The metric perturbations are obtained from the non-diagonal elements of the perturbed Einstein’s equations. Using these results in the diagonal elements yields the energy momentum tensor of the Universe. We find a finite matter density, two pressure components pr and pϑ vanish, but the longitudinal pressure pϕ is nonzero. The exceptional case of spherical perturbation leads to the isotropic cosmic microwave background. The same technique can also be used to describe galaxies with arbitrary rotation curves.
